Setting up the Mailstep connection

Ask Mailstep for, or create in the Mailship portal, a separate user just for DockGuard. Do not reuse a staff login: when that person changes their password, every integration using it stops working.

Something looks wrong

• Include your store's .myshopify.com address and the order number.
• If you received an alert you think is wrong, forward the email. Each one lists the data DockGuard saw.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling stops all checks immediately and deletes your Mailstep credentials. Remaining data is deleted automatically 48 hours later when Shopify sends its data-removal request.
